Rhythm · Resonance · Reconnection
We run guided rhythm sessions for teams, communities, and care settings. The kind where a room full of people stops feeling like strangers and starts moving as one.
For the leader who knows team-building should feel real. For the counselor who needs a tool that works without words. For the producer who wants the crowd to leave changed.
Before you read another word, feel it
One hand on the drum, one on your heart. When it pulses, tap and breathe with it. This is heart-brain coherence: the moment rhythm, breath, and heartbeat fall into one wave.
How the work works
No musical experience required. Just show up and be present. These are the six things every session moves through, together.
A bunch of separate rhythms settle into one shared pulse. The moment a room stops being a pile of individuals and becomes one group.
Somatic awareness and steady rhythm guide the body out of stress and into calm.
Tension finds an exit. Genuine expression arrives without needing the right words.
Listening, presence, and collaboration emerge on their own when people play as one.
Everybody plays. Nobody just watches. You are in the circle, not the crowd.
Confidence and creativity awaken in a space with no judgment and no wrong notes.
"When people find rhythm together, they remember how to live together." Together, these form the NeuroRhythmic Bioresonance Method™
Who are you here for?
Pick your context. The rhythm meets each group differently.
Another all-hands won't fix what's gone quiet between your people. A guided rhythm session changes the chemistry of a team in about 90 minutes, and the communication, trust, and listening it builds outlast the session.
Most corporate engagements run $500–$1,500 depending on scope.
Public gatherings built for unity, joy, and participation. Strangers walk in; a circle walks out. The most direct way to remind a neighborhood, congregation, or group that they belong to each other.
Community sessions: $300 / hour · monthly circle contracts $150 / session.
When the pain lives in the body, not the story, rhythm reaches the part of the nervous system language can't. Supportive, trauma-aware experiences for grounding, emotional processing, and release.

Immersive live rhythm for conscious events. The moment a crowd stops watching and starts playing is the part people talk about for years.

Beyond the circle, Ari guides personal, private, and small-group shamanic drumming immersion journeys into the wonder and majesty of Idaho's back-country.
From crystalline mountain peaks to the steam of wild hot springs and beyond — these are journeys of rhythm, release, and reconnection with the land itself.
About the Founder
Ari is a rhythm facilitator, musician, and experiential guide devoted to helping people reconnect with the natural intelligence of rhythm. Through sound, presence, and shared musical experience, he creates spaces where individuals and groups rediscover harmony within themselves and with each other.
His work blends ancient rhythmic traditions with modern insight into group dynamics, nervous-system regulation, and vibrational awareness. He works from one simple belief: rhythm can bridge differences, melt stress, and wake up a deeper sense of connection.
"Rhythm is one of humanity's oldest languages, and everyone already speaks it."
